Francis J. Schanne, MD   Francis J. Schanne, MD, FACS
Dr. Schanne is the first urologist in Delaware to perform the da Vinci robotic prostatectomy. He has performed over 500 Robotic-Assisted Laparoscopic surgeries and is the first urologist in Delaware to perform daVinci Robotic Partial Nephrectomy, Robotic Prostatectomy, Robotic Cystectomy, Robotic Nephrectomy, Robotic Ureteral Reimplantation, Robotic Nephroureterectomy and Robotic Fistula Repair. Dr. Schanne is the Chairman of Urology at St. Francis Hospital and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Schanne completed four years on active duty as a Urologist at Martin Army Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia in May 2003. Prior to that he was a resident in Urology at the University of Pennsylvania Health Center. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson Medical College and attended Villanova University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Dr Rao was the Chairman of Urology at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE for 30 years through August 2008. Dr. Rao trained as a urology resident at St. Lukes Hospital at Columbia-Presybterian Health System in New York, NY.

Helen Reidler, PA-C   Helen Reidler, PA-C
Helen is a board-certified physician assistant who is licensed by the state of Delaware. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware in 2010. She was a member of the Honors Program and earned a bachelor of arts in Biology. She then earned a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies and received her physician assistant certification from Philadelphia University in 2013. Helen is licensed through the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. As a physician assistant, Helen examines, diagnoses, and treats men and women who have such urologic conditions as kidney stones, prostate enlargement, urinary tract infections, hematuria, incontinence, urologic malignancies and scrotal masses.

Helen is from Frederick, Maryland and enjoys swimming and running.
